I seen a similiar idea on pinterest so I thought why not make some Valentine Treats for General 3D swaps @ Leadership. I have put Valentine Sweetarts in Cello tubes then tied ribbon on the ends and have attached the Ticket punch Valentine Stamp with a Staple or Twine.
