My Paper Pumpkin and Christmas

This is the stocking with Money I gave to my kids for Christmas.

My daughter and her family went to Mexico for the Holidays so we celebrated Christmas a little differently this year.  The Paper Pumpkin stocking made a perfect gift to put money in.

This is the stockings I made for my son and his girlfriend Kim for Christmas.

Merry Christmas everyone!

I want to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and enjoy your family!

Burlap Gift Bag

Here is a gift bag using the Burlap Bag from the October My Paper Pumpkin.  I used the stamp set Mingle all the Way for the tag, wrapped some ribbon around the bag filled with candy.  This would make a great gift for a teacher, mailman or co-worker.

Envelope Gift Cards

These are Envelope Gift Cards.  I made them for the Craft Show this Saturday. You fold an envelope in half and seal one one side of the envelope.  Slide the gift card into the other side.  Then I used retired cardstock and the Pennant punch to punch out triangles for the Christmas Tree.

Designer Paper Christmas Tree

I was in a swap at Convention and not everyone showed.  So this really nice lady(I am so sorry I didn't get your name) and I were talking and she was nice enough to swap with me when we were finished swapping. We were in different groups and she didn't want to take this tree home so we swapped our last items.
She used Be of Good Cheer DSP to make the strips and attached them to a syrofoam cone.  She used the Cherry Cobbler Tulle for the bow.
If this is your tree that you swapped with me let me know so I can tell everyone your name.  You did a great job - Thanks!

Tiny Purse using the Framelits

This is the coffee cup framelit used a different way - a Tiny Purse.  You take a piece of cardstock and fold it in half, put the fold on the side just inside the cut and run it through the big shot.  This makes a very tiny purse as you can see. If you fold it in half the only thing that will fit is 1 Andre Mint but it sure is cute - Don't you think!

No Peek Gift Bags

Here is the No Peek Gift Bags that I made for the Craft Show in Dec.  I learned how these were made at the Lansing Regional last weekend.  I guess this is an idea pulled from the archives that SU Demo's use to do along time ago.
They are made with a 8 1/2 x 11 piece of cardstock scored and folded in half.  Then you mark on the fold where the handles will fall and you cut a tiny strip of cardstock the width of the handles.  Then this piece of cardstock slides over the handles - hence the No Peek Gift Bag.
I made a bunch of these using up alot of retired supplies and some new supplies too.

Let me know what you think of thes Gift Bags.

Punches: 1 1/4" Circle, 1 3/8" Circle, Square Punch and Cupcake Builder Punch.

I made some of the snowmen for the Craft Show in Dec.

I just love how this card turned out.  I used every stamp in this stamp set Merry & Type.  Then I used the 1 3/8" square punch to punch them out.

Lolly Ornament

I loved how this turned out!  To make this ornament really easy you need to have the Rosette Die.  I also used the Delicate Doilies Sizzlet Die in the center.  How do you like this one?

Another Framelit Ornament

Here is another ornament I just changed the center to give it more bling by using the Shimmer Paper.  I love working with the Tulle it is so soft and easy to work with.  Do you like this one?

Framelit Ornament

Here is a Christmas Ornament I made using the new Holiday Collection Framelits.  If you like this ornament the framelits are on special this month let me know if you want to order them.  Everything is Stampin' Up! except the snowflake punch in the middle - I don't have the new snowflake die yet, I guess I need it now.
