Day 5 to Valentine's Day Ideas

An Arrow Treat from the Heart!
M&M's in a Cello Bag. I punched a heart in Real Red cardstock with the Full Heart Punch and used the Hearts A Flutter Stamps and Framelits for the smaller heart.
