Winter Post

I wasn't sure I would like this set from the Mini Catalog but it is growing on me. I really like the Alpine Ribbon also from the Mini Catalog.
This idea for a card is similar to one we as Demonstrators get from our Stampin' Success Magazine we receive every month. This magazine is chock full of ideas for demonstators. If you would like ideas like this and more, sign up to be a demonstrator. I would love for you to be part of my team. If you are interested and would like more information please let me know I would love to talk to you about joining the Stampin' Up family.

Christmas ornaments

The Snow Swirled Stamp set can be used many different ways and this is another wonderful card. Just stamp and emboss 3 snowflakes in white. Punch them out with 2 different size circle punches. Then you will have 3 christmas bulbs. This makes a very nice christmas card for anyone on you christmas card list.

Big Shot Scallop Envelope Bag

I made this bag using 2 Bigz Envelope Die Cuts. You put them back to back and fold the flaps in to form the bag. It will hold 4 - 3x3 cards and envelopes.
This is the cards I made for the bag using the Bella Rose DSP and the stamp set Say It with Scallops (a Ronald McDonald House Charites Stamp set). I used the Kiwi Kiss and Riding Hood Red 5/8" Striped Grosgrain and Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon. The button on the front is from theDesigner Buttons - Button Boutique that is Riding Hood Red.
This is just another way to use the Sizzix Scallop Envelope Bigz Die.

Scapbooking Pages

This is the 4 pages we made yesterday. The ladies had a great time. They learned some new ideas to use on their pages for next time. They liked how we made the pumpkins with the different punches to give them a dimensional look.

The tree on the left we used a thumping technique with Stampin' Write Markers. We inked the tree trunk in Choc Chip and then we used Always Artichoke, Pumpkin Pie and Ruby Red Markers and thumped or tapped the markers on their sides all over the tree. This gave it a fall color effect. They had fun creating their own fall tree. I hope you can see t

Season of Friendship

I love this tree and I love Fall with all the different color leaves. So I thought I would go out of my comfort zone and try a color I am not used to using - Sage Shadow. I used the Top Note Die to show you a way not to be wasteful of your scraps when you cut out the Top Note. Then I used the hostess stamp set "Best Yet". This is a very cute set with alot of variety to use on cards. Book a workshop and you can earn this set FREE!

Top Note Inspiration

I saw a similar inspiration on Patty's blog. I just love the cattails! I have not used Flight of the Butterfly since I have come back from Convention so I had to use this set. I really like how this gives dimension to the butterfly and you have to love the Top Note Die from Sizzix. I used Kiwi Kiss and Baja Breeze Ink. To make the cattails I used the Slot punch.

Book Mark

I was inspired to make a book mark similar to the one we made at Convention this summer. The book I am reading is Twilight by Stephanie Meyer it is very good book and I will have to read the other books that go with the series. I used a rub-on on the square piece at the bottom and filigree flower at the top of 5/8" Choc Chip ribbon. What do you think?
