Here is another great idea for a Birthday card using the Fresh Vintage Stamp set from Sale-A-Bration. I also used the Label Collection Framelits. The Happy Birthday Wishes is from the stamp set Petite Pairs. Ink, Cardstock and Ribbon are all Concorn Crush which is an In-Color that will be retiring come June 1.
