Happy Halloween to my Grandchildren

I used the Mini Muslin bags (8 bags for $9.95). Then with a dauber and ink made dots on the bag.
I used the owl punch to make this lil guy isn't he cute!
I used the butterfly punch to make this bat.
Don't you love the Washi Tape on these bags? Very Cute!
I hope 2 of the 3 Grandchildren that can eat candy enjoy their Halloween treats from me.

Halloween Treat

This treat holder was made using the Envelope Maker.
You start with a piece of cardstock 5" x 5".
You put the cardstock in the envelope maker and the left side is to measure 2" then punch and score. Rotate the cardstock 1 turn and measure 3" then punch and score. Rotate the cardstock 1 turn and measure 2" punch and score. Rotate to the last side of cardstock measure 3" punch and score. Fold 3 sides leaving one of the small sides without a fold this is the top when the treat slides into. Adhere the 3 sides and embellish.  I may try to come up with a tutorial next week so come back and check it out.

Another Treat Container

Here is another treat container using the leftover brads & buttons containers.  If you didn't keep them when you emptied them no problem you can use the lids to canning jars instead.
These are really fun and easy to make I think I will be making some for Christmas too.

Halloween Treat Container

Here is the treat holder that Jill made at Founder's Circle this year.  I just had to give this a try.  This is super easy to make it uses the old/leftover brads and buttons container that you saved when you emptied them and Window Sheets.  I don't know if you can see it real well but I used black brads on the sides of Frankenstiens head.  I didn't have any halloween candy yet so I used what I had.

Cardstock: Gumball Green, Pumpkin Pie and Whisper White
DSP: Polka Dot DSP
Ink: Gumball Green and Basic Black
Stamps: Monster Munchies
Accessories: Black Brads and Basic Black Taffeta Ribbon

Halloween Broomstick

How do you like this little broomstick treat for Halloween?  This is a fun and easy treat to make.  Just take a strip of DSP and cut up the 2" x 2" strip 3/4" of the way to make the bristles on the broom.  Then wrap it around one end of the licorice.  I used a strip of ribbon to help keep it together then stamped my 2 pcs from the stamp set Mixed Medley, which is a Hostess set from the Holiday Catalog. Attach the 2 stamped pcs, punch a hole so you can thread the Bakers Twine through it attach to the broomstick.

Happy Halloween

I made these 2 treats for my grand kids. Of course that is not all the candy that I will give them.

I made these treats using the 2 Tags Die.

This bat was made using the Two Step Owl Ex-Lg Punch. Then for the wings I used the Scallop Oval Ex-Lg Punch and 1 3/4"x7/8" Oval Lg Punch.

I used the stamp set Wicked Cool.
I hope everyone has a great Halloween!

Letterpress Plates

This is my first time using the Letterpress plates and they worked really well. Then I do not have the bat punch so I seen where someone used the butterfly punch and the a small circle punch to make a bat. This bat doesn't look too bad.
